When you are overworked, you probably imagine a holiday lying on the beach in Bali or Thailand, reading a book, or swimming in the ocean. For a quick getaway to refresh your mood, I think that is a wonderful idea.

However, you might actually be seeking a deeper, more authentic relaxation from the bottom of your heart.
Lying on the beach alone won’t relieve a rigid mind or extreme physical stress.

So, you book a hotel spa. But in most cases, you end up settling for a mediocre massage that doesn’t quite bring complete healing, reassuring yourself that “well, it can’t be helped.”

At night, you pile your plate high with feast after feast and multiple desserts from the dinner buffet, trying to get your money’s worth. But as a result, your digestive organs are forced to work much harder than usual.

Thanks to that, you can’t wake up feeling refreshed in the morning. By the pool, children are screaming and running around, their high-pitched shrieks echoing everywhere.

Indeed, it makes you genuinely question whether a beach holiday actually heals your mind and body from the deep inside. With no better option, you book a guided tour, only to return to the hotel irritated after getting caught in unbelievable traffic jams.

Last year, I also traveled to Ubud, Bali, and booked a spa. I felt that Ubud as a tourist destination was already past its prime. It took about an hour just to get to the spa on the hotel shuttle. The spa massage itself was fairly good. However, once I walked out onto the street, the noise and exhaust fumes gave me a severe headache and made me dizzy.

Enjoying a nice, comfortable relaxation after a massage was completely impossible. I decided that I would never go to Ubud again.

If you are deeply exhausted and dealing with immense stress, imagine if you could stay in a quiet retreat hidden in the mountains with crisp, fresh air. Imagine receiving various treatments focused solely on you, eating easy-to-digest food to care for your digestive system, and meditating every morning while breathing quietly. That kind of environment, I believe, would deliver true healing to you.

I traveled around spas, retreats, and luxury hotels in Thailand, India, and Bali, searching for award-winning retreats. I wasn’t looking for just any retreat; I wanted an ultra-exclusive, highly comfortable space where I could receive the world’s finest natural therapies—surrounded by quiet mountains, without even the sound of cars. But I couldn’t find one anywhere.

Native Americans used to perform a therapy where they entered a tent called a sweat lodge to cleanse away negative energy. That was a health retreat practiced by ancient people to restore their well-being.

Searching for something like that, I looked all over, but it simply did not exist.

So, I decided to build it myself.
That is the Harmony Hill Health Retreat.
A quiet environment where you can thoroughly heal your mind and body naturally.

We accept only two guests per week. Yet, we offer a luxurious and beautiful meditation room, therapy cottages, a sauna building, and a reception. Situated within 42 acres of mountain land, you will not encounter any other people—only wild animals.

As you heal your mind and body here every day, the stiffness in your brain and the tightness in your body slowly peel away, just like a scab gently coming off.
An ultimate, blissful luxury.

Harmony Hill Health Retreat is a hideaway retreat for those who seek such profound silence.
